Highligts Salone del Mobile 2026

News 27 April 2026

On the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2026, Presotto presented Anfiteatro Domestico, the concept that guided the stand design and defined a new vision of the night area.

A design approach in which the wardrobe system evolves from a functional element into an architectural structure, capable of shaping space. Curved geometries generate enveloping configurations, transforming the environment into an intimate yet scenographic setting, where order becomes part of the composition and the experience turns immersive.

This vision takes shape through the modularity of the New Tecnopolis system and the open trapezoidal columns, introducing a rhythmic interplay of solids and voids that makes the wardrobe the protagonist of the night area.

The system’s functional potential merges with an architectural approach thanks to its double-sided design, allowing for a fluid and continuous spatial organization, including integrated passageways between different areas.

Among the novelties presented, the New Tecnopolis system has been enriched with new door options, expanding its expressive and design possibilities.
Among these, Paxos stands out for its ability to integrate different materials and finishes within the same surface: lacquer, back-lacquered glass, as well as fabric and suede.
A solution that introduces a more material and tactile dimension, offering new opportunities for customization and dialogue with the surrounding space.

Alongside the concept, the stand showcased the other 2026 novelties in a continuous dialogue between function and aesthetics.

Combi Color 150 explored the theme of combining materials and colours, thanks to the integration between New Tecnopolis modules and Reverso doors. Glass, mirror, wood and ceramic made it possible to create coherent and customizable chromatic and material compositions.

With Schermo, the living area takes shape through a boiserie system that alternates shelves, niches and closed storage units in a balanced interplay of solids and voids. The configurations define equipped walls for bookcases and TV units, integrating function and aesthetics into a continuous language.

In the living area, Sorapiss, designed by MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects, introduces a modular seating system based on corner and trapezoidal elements. The configurations are dynamic and flexible, while comfort is expressed through low proportions, generous seating and a balanced interplay between informality and elegance.

During Design Week, Presotto also presented the same novelties at its Milan Flagship Store, offering a complementary and more immersive interpretation of the project.
